You know, when it comes down to working for a company, I believe that your pay should be based off of your work ethic. So if you lazy as hell, you should get basic money. If you a top-tier worker, you deserve top-tier money. That's how it should go. Because there's a lot of lazy motherfuckers out there getting paid top money and they not doing shit.
