No he shouldn't, because if she lied about a baby, then what else would she lie about? There's no trust in that, you know? And then on top of that, you gotta be with a girl or a woman whose baby, you know, isn't yours. You gotta play stepdaddy and shit, and people don't got time for that.

I think the real answer for that one is that he should leave because he didn't give a fuck about what other people thinks. I think he should leave that woman and not get back together with her anytime soon.
