I think this is hilarious. I don't know what's going on with Biden, you know, it's I guess it's age or he needs to just slow down a little bit, just slow down and then we can understand him. Who knows? But you know public speaking is difficult. Sometimes you get nervous and you say words you don't mean and you know you said them wrong but you just keep on going.
