You seem to lack like a lot of knowledge on one health conditions and two Genetics because there's genetic things that can make you Overweight and there's also health conditions that can cause you to be overweight
Very true, actually. There's many factors that go into people's weight. It's not just like everyone decides, or not everyone, but anyone who's plus size just decides to wake up and be that size. Like, that's not how it works. There's eating disorders. There's, like, literally people who were born that way because of their parents being overweight. There's so many factors that go into it.
That's great for your friend, but once again, there's many things that cause obesity in people. Genetics, health conditions, mental disorders, like, you seem a little fuckin' slow to me considering that you're just thinking everyone is lazy when there's actually other benefi- er, not benefits, other factors to weight gain.
I have a friend that I've also known since elementary school and she's on the heavier side, but that's because of two different health conditions that she has.
I mean I'm pretty sure I would know because me and her go to the gym six days a week for usually one to two hours a day and she does a lot more than I do and she is still heavier than me

Well, some people cannot lose weight. That's the problem. They gain weight, but they can't lose weight. People stop eating, and a lot of people die from doing that, or almost die, from stopping eating. Yeah, whatever.
The simplest way to not be fat is just by getting a calorie deficit and eating more proteins. Literally just doing that. You don't even have to fucking work out to not be fat. Just like eat regular food and lower your portion sizes. That's all you gotta do. It doesn't really change your life at all. Like it changes your physical appearance. It doesn't even change your day to day life really. Unless you wanted to. Like.

It just requires determination and a lot of discipline. That's what it, it just requires a lot of that. Which people with conditions or people that are weak normally don't have that motivation or are as disciplined. So yes, they will just have a problem with being fat, but that is not anybody else's problem. Other than maybe the people that actually have to help them. Oh my god, you lot really need to speak to like some sort of professional about this, I swear. Like not only can you struggle to lose weight and also gain weight, not only from genetics, you know it depends how your body stores your energy and your fat and everything like that, but also like health conditions like stroke, heart problems, diabetes, mental health conditions as well, anxiety and depression, and also like medications, like really. I would have thought all of you would have known this to be fair.
Okay, this is a yes, but I know because I know some people who have very bad blood sugar. They can have under 500 calories a day Regularly, and they still are gaining weight But that's also because of prior in the past eating habits like months prior it's um This is mostly true and people hate to say that because they don't like to believe they want to um They want to lie and take the easy way out, but yeah
