So I know that I haven't really posted or anything all day usually I make my posts earlier in the day definitely not this late at night but it's actually been a really rough day I've been sick all day all day I actually had to go to the doctor to get some nauseous medicine I have Really been able to eat that much so I guess my question for y'all is for those mamas who suffered with emesis and hyper emesis during pregnancy other than like the nauseous medication to help you get through what other ways were you able to find that helped like what were some white things to eat and drink because Gatorade doesn't really seem to be doing well and sometimes water doesn't either I would love to know any ideas that you'll have
With my two sons, I was nauseous from beginning to end. Ginger ale definitely helped out. Plain crackers. Also, peppermints. It's weird, but peppermints help lake with nausea.
Thank you so much I knew about the Gingerale but I don't know why I try sprite Sprite does really well for me I'm just not a big fan of Ginger ale but I'm definitely gonna have to get me some crackers and try some peppermints
And also taking smaller sips like instead of trying to gulp it down with one huge giant drink you can try taking smaller sips because for some reason that goes easier on your belly then trying to take a big drink
I am so bad at that that is the part where I really mess up because it's like I'm so so thirsty and I try to take a small sip and it's just like I want more I want more I want more and I think that's how I messed myself up
But I really don't want to get like I wasn't my first pregnancy so I really appreciate your advice because like I didn't have anywhere to go and ask these questions before I didn't have a support system
I had my fiancé but he doesn't know a whole lot about the whole pregnancy thing and he was also out of town so but he is here for this one and I am so happy but I'm also really glad that I have mamas that I can go to
It's no problem at all. That's literally why I joined this app. So I could help build the mama support community. And I'm always here and I can always help. My children are eight, five, and six. So I've been there and done that and I'm
And I'm always here for little tips and advice on anything that has mom related because I didn't have a support system either. My mom and my mother-in-law both lived in Texas, So I had no one when my babies were small.
