I'm currently working on calisthenics, and the most I can do is stick one leg out for maybe about a millisecond or so. No, I'd say my limit is probably about like 10 seconds. But yeah, I'm getting better and better at it. You know, I hear that calisthenics is actually better in some cases than traditional weightlifting. And it's good to actually couple them both together. So that's what I've been pretty much doing.
