Okay, it's actually a serious one. So I was thinking earlier, yeah, I see a lot of comments on my fitness related posts on my Instagram and shit with people like belittling other people's bodies and shit and it seems like social media is really distorted what is possible to attain naturally in a reasonable amount of time in terms of you know going to the gym and and fitness and such and I was just wondering what other people think of this kind of problem as a whole.
Like, I see where you're coming from, not going live, like literally. You see like hella famous girls having, you know, only friends, right? So like, you know, yeah, I think, I think so.
Okay so my opinion on social media and my body image pretty much everything's like almost faith that you see like there's nothing actually true and people put their self down because I see something on social media that they don't look like
Yeah, see this is for real like kids will see some person on social media Think that oh, yeah I'm gonna get that physique and then they go home and they try and get it and then they get body dysmorphia more fear because it's not possible to achieve such good physique.
I feel like social media has affected body image a lot because usually I would hear people telling others like oh yeah like just go to the gym and you know you'll look like that but that's not really true
Because most of the time images on social media or photo shopped and I am there's kind of like a limit to what you can achieve with working out it's not like working out is going to give you an hourglass figure
