All right so when life gets crazy it gets wild and you get knocked out of your routine how do you ground yourself and get back into the swing of things what helps you get back to that place that place of peace that place of just you know getting back in the groove and flow of everything
I don't have a good direct answer but I feel like I just drop everything and just relax and like I literally just tune in with me myself and I owe that shit going on a walk and just like thinking and like just type in my thoughts
And kind of just letting my thoughts just clear my like just clear itself kind of like a natural reset and I just resting like sleeping I'm not type person typically sleeping but just getting a full nights rest is a nice reset
Yeah I think rest is one of the key things to kind of resetting him and getting back on track because sometimes Valon or sometimes chaos can feel like we're really balance but really we're on balance in a way
I honestly feel like these little 15 seconds are in enough for me to think enough to even say it all in the 15 seconds cause I feel like I had so much money say but I'll just say that I was little all over the place but you get it
I totally agree. I go over all the time of the 15 seconds. I'm usually talking to myself and then I realize like oh shoot you only have 15 seconds to speak. So, I totally feel you on that one.
I take a moment for myself I separate myself from everything and everyone and I dedicate that time solely for me with no phone or nothing and I start to map out what I want to be who I want to be in my girls again
Yes, I love that like I think space from our distractions and everyone and just kind of taking time for yourself is very important and I love the fact that that you're reflecting on your current season or where you're at.
