Okay, I actually make a kick-ass grilled cheese, and I put different cheeses on it. I put Havarti and Munster cheese, and I melt it down with a little bit of butter on the bread that I toasted, and a tiny bit of mayo, and oh my gosh, this cheese sandwich is amazing.

I don't personally have a dairy allergy so I'm right there with you. There is no such thing as too much cheese. I feel sorry for the people that do have dairy allergies or even you know they just can't have cheese you know but the people that can have cheese and say it's too much cheese I just I don't know why they say that.

And I agree, it is impossible to choose just one amazing cheese. I wouldn't even be able to narrow down the kind of cheese I like in just three cheeses because there's just so many from different countries that are just amazing. In the Italian category alone, I couldn't just name three cheeses. I like them all.
