Well last night I had a great big huge sandwich with lettuce and tomato and Swiss cheese and brown sugar ham and a little bit of mayo and some salt and pepper. Oh yeah I put cucumbers on it too and onions. It was delicious. Tonight I'm probably gonna go like chicken maybe some teriyaki chicken with rice. Not sure yet. Peace!
