Woohoo! Child, I ain't gonna fake it like I'm happy. If I ain't happy, you can forget it. I'mma be online cryin' and everything. Snot rollin' down my nose. I'm lickin' my snot off my lip. All that whole nine yards. I ain't gonna be playin' like I'm happy and I ain't happy. I'mma be cryin' and everything. If I'm gonna turn the camera on, I'mma be me. I'mma be feelin' the way I feel. I want everybody to be miserable. If I'm miserable, everybody gotta be me. I'm just playin'. But I ain't gonna play like I'm happy when I'm not.
You know, yeah, he makes some good points. That's if you really want to think real deep, deep into it, then his points are all good. But, you know, there is some type of facade that does play in our lives. You know, let's say you're having a bad day. You just don't want your kids to know it. And so you're putting on a happy face so they don't feel that energy in hopes that they don't feel that energy. Or just in general at work, you know, if you're all grumpy or you're pissed or you're just unhappy, you don't want to be in that.
OK, second part, you don't want to be, let's say, in that energy or bothered or so. You know, I think we do have a facade about it sometimes. But he did make great points. I mean, people do do hide behind filters. They show their best on Instagram, not their worst. People do need to be more real, not only with themselves, but in general.
