Going on a little rant here. So, in January, I was working in the electrical lighting department at my Lowe's and I got written up for not stocking and front-facing a bay that I was told to. Mind you, I was not only working electrical, but I was working in plumbing also because there's nobody in plumbing and it was only a four-hour shift so I could not do everything under the sun. Well, the Tyrant ASM, assistant store manager wrote me up for not stocking and recovering a bay that the supervisor asked me to. So then I talked to the store manager and the cash year department supervisor. The store manager offered me an ultimatum. He said if you go to the front end, I will take off those write-ups. I did. I've been working in the front end for about a month now and he took off the write-ups. But there's a new check in the electrical department. She does not do anything and is goody two shoes with the Tyrant ASM and hasn't gotten ran it up yet. So, favorite is Amanda's finest, right? Even though I've been working there for two years and she's only been working there for a month. So, I know there's a lot of tyrant managers and assistant managers out there. I want to hear some of your experiences with tyrant bosses.
