They can be made out of, well, I guess anything you can fry and fry while you're French. So are the French fries that you're mashing actually made out of potato? Because if they're not made out of potato, no. No, you cannot mash.
You can't make mashed potatoes out of zucchini, so if they are zucchini french fries or any other kind of food you fried while French, no. If they're made out of potato, yes, mashed potato. But I've got questions, so many questions. And will they be served with gravy? That's another important question.
There will be no zucchinis in the french fries, or in the mashed potatoes that are made of french fries. What are the french fries made of? Well, that's up to the individual, I guess. I really don't know. I have a lot of questions, too.
