Self-care isn't selfish. How do you feel about that? I'm curious. What are your thoughts? Do you think that self-care is a selfish act? And if so, why?

Yeah, I actually think self-care is selfish. But I also don't perceive being selfish as a wrong or a bad thing. I think it's actually important at times to be selfish.

Good morning, Black Power. I hope you're doing well, sir. I agree with you. I think that at times it is important to be selfish. We also have to have boundaries with that too, because you know some people can go way overboard with their idea of self-sufficiency.

I think it can be yes a positive form of selfishness at the cost of what is the question. If you can leave enough room for yourself then everything else should follow.
