First off I just want to say that there are a couple of microaggressions within this film that made watching it very uncomfortable for me especially in a public setting such as a theater.

More specifically, there were some microaggressions made about a warrior of Wakanda. She had no hair, tattoos on her scalp, and she had very dark skin. A beautiful dark skin at that.

And there were a few scenes within this film in the beginning of the film at that where her baldness was used as a tactic to degrade her or to like oppress her.

There's another character I'm not gonna spoil the movie but this other character who is also black in the film called this woman as she on her scalp and There was literally no sign of any ash actually

So seeing that this is a film and this is being promoted worldwide I see that there is an issue with calling a dark-skinned woman ashy when she is nowhere near ashy.

And honestly I don't mean to be sensitive and I'm not being sensitive but Disney and Marvel should be ashamed for depicting their character in this way.

Because not only is it harmful, it is also inadvertently or inadvertently racist to depict this well-moisturized woman as ashy because she's dark skin.

And honestly after those remarks were made in the film, I froze in the theater because it was so offensive I couldn't believe that it was clear to be on screen.
