Personality is a big first. I'd say looks come in close second and then third would be Health. I'd rather have someone that's healthy than overweight.

Authenticity, honesty and some curves.

Respectful, honest, and understanding. So as far as understanding goes, it's like my biggest one because I do have mental health issues on occasion. I need somebody that understands and is patient.

Personally, I need humility, communication, and respect. Those three things are so incredible for so many different reasons. But yes, someone needs to have all those three, I believe, for a successful relationship.

Trust, intelligence, honesty. I need to be able to speak to you, I need to be able to trust you, and I need you to tell the truth. Self-Plasma.

Three? Three qualities? You and I both know I only have one quality I find important, that's a pulse. More importantly, please why does the sound wave for this look very phallic? Hmm?

Loyalty, humor, and understanding. To let me be me and I let you be you.

I would think the top three qualities is honesty, they're good communicators, I don't really know what the last one might be but those two are usually big ones.
