Chest and arms. I'm not a big fan of leg day though, but do it once a while. But chest, arms, those are the most important part I think they need to be taken care of.
I go to the gym five days a week. I like to work in two rest days. When I'm at the gym, usually two hours. Sometimes an hour and a half. It depends on what muscle group I'm working and how much time I have that day. How about you? How much time do you spend in the gym?
Well, about the same, five days a week. Each day I spend about three to four hours, hour and a half cardio. I do this every single day and the rest of it I'm working out.
