Depression is really hard to battle. We have to be honest with that. And it really comes within you. You have to remind yourself that you're the only one who can fix yourself.
You also have to ask yourself, do I want to be like this forever? Or do I want to do something about it? Do I want to be happy? Or stuck in a rut on my bed forever?
So I deal with my depression by pretending that I don't have it. Um, you know, just like when my psychiatrist is like, Britney you have depression. I'm like, girl, you're so funny, stop it. Um, if you don't acknowledge it, then it saves you a lot of money.
