I have not read the book but I've watched the author's interviews and I've also heard about the books, the book and I've also watched, I've also kind of
I've also kind of gone through the audio book version of it. The book is good. Essentially it's only about setting up habits, how can you set up habits and how small habits.
Atomic Habits. I've seen it like in different places and even one of my friends recommended me that. I mean not my friend but you know somebody who I was talking to. She was like it's a very good book, definitely read it. And I was like you know let's see what happens but I think it's a very good idea to build good habits.
For example, one of the habits I'm trying to work on is getting up early in the morning and going for running. It's a very good thing to do, especially early in the morning, the weather is just very cool, it's just fresh and you can breathe fresh air at the same time, you can have some fun time running. It's not as easy as it sounds like, but I have to do it.
