I definitely have it was really scary it felt so real I wouldn't even know the difference between being awake and being in sleep paralysis I thought I was awake
That's fact 100 Dreamy. Anytime I've experienced sleep paralysis with a figure in my room, it literally feels like I'm awake the entire time. Literally. I don't know what it is about sleep paralysis that does this to people, but everybody says the same thing. They wouldn't know the difference, like you said, from being awake and asleep. Yeah. I'm sorry that's happened to you. Truly. I get it though.
Oh my heck, yes. I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time about a year ago. I remember I woke up in the middle of the night, and my body was paralyzed. I opened my eyes, and I felt this ominous feeling. But, you know, I was very coherent, I could think, and I felt a scary presence, but I dared it. I was looking intently, and I couldn't see anything. And finally, I came.
Hey, Mo. By the way, I appreciate the voice changer when it said, oh my heck, that is such a treat because I know that comes from Utah. Oh my heck. I love it. Yeah, that does sound scary. So you felt the ominous presence, but you couldn't see it. Do you feel like that was worse or are you grateful that you couldn't see the ominous threat?
So yeah, I remember waking up, my body paralyzed, and having this dark feeling, this ominous presence, right? And I remember, but I knew what was going on because I had been reading actually about this prior. So it's almost like I subconsciously induced it. I remember looking for a dark figure, demon, anything, something on my chest, and I couldn't find anything. And I started intently daring this being to appear, and nothing appeared until finally it came to. So yeah, that's what I was trying to say.
How did you command the presence to appear? I've also experienced sleep paralysis, and you're right. Oh my god, except in my sleep paralysis I did see the thing. I've had sleep paralysis happen to me three times in my life. The latest one happened to me the other night.
The scariest part I remember was wanting to scream and not being able to that for sure was fucking scary because like you scream inside your mind and you want to yell and you can't command your voice to speak but you're there oh it is a very creepy experience. My cousins have had this all their life and they've seen demons and yeah they've victims of
The not being able to scream, but you're screaming in your mind, that felt deep to me, because same. That is actually a really scary feeling and experience, oh my goodness, like, I know that science has its own theory and everything, but I feel like sleep paralysis is also something spiritual that we don't understand yet.
