What were your parents strict about? Because for me, I grew up with immigrant parents from the Middle East and they were a lot stricter than the other parents in my area, but they were not as strict as people with our cultural background, if that makes sense. And so something they were really stern about was getting work done and you know, it's like hard work pays off type of mentality is what they had going for us, like us as a me and my sister and And so basically Monday through Friday, we were not allowed to hang out with people after school. We had to come straight home, do our thing, whether it was for work or school or something for the family, you get the idea. And then when Friday would come around and we did all that was asked of us, then we were able to hang out with friends after school. And even with that, I had a curfew. But I'm still thankful for that because looking back, it definitely showed me some good habits, especially with time management. But yeah, I'm just curious to hear what your parents were strict about.

So for my dad and my stepmom they're strict about having phones at the table and no phones at the table or arguing with my siblings And for my mom oh and her boyfriend it would be bedtime or like going to sleep for like school and stuff I didn't depend how old you were you just had to go to school at like eight And yeah I got really annoying

For me it was basically just getting good grades but not just good grades getting straight A's ever since I was young as far as I can remember my mom really pressed me about you know being at the top of my class and it's pretty much stuck with me and so now if I get anything lower than an a minus I will have a complete meltdown

So my parents were strict about me not going out in high school, I had to stay home. No boys could come over. My friends, my girls couldn't come over. I don't have to go stay the night with them, but my parents had to meet their parents first. Because you don't know what could happen, you know that could be something. And I couldn't go out, couldn't go to parties, couldn't sneak out because I would bump my window down. I put cameras.

She's very strict about who sings and she's like they would in general my mom she's very strict about where I am and she always gets mad at me I don't have my location on when she knows where I am so
