So I have a bombast tea that I make with my own herbal blend mix. Oof, sets me bright, sets me good, nervous system feeling chill in the way it should. And then I set some incense or essential oils, I get some aromatherapy going. It's really about for me like a connecting to my senses to get maybe more present and into my body. When I'm in a bad mood or having a bad day, the one thing that consistently boosts my mood would have to be singing or dancing. Just letting all that energy flow out of my body and all that. This is amazing and it makes me feel better.
