Around me I am seeing that everyone is having panic attacks to get random depression attacks and this is actually increasing like even in me I am a very positive person but I see it that one thing that I start to think about it just doesn't leave my mind and then it turns into some kind of anxiety that just stays with me and right now I can feel it all over me And I have no idea how to get rid of it and so many of my friends around me they are going through the same face like you know you know you're not getting a job where you are whatever the situation is in your life you think about it so much that you reach a point where you exhaust your mind with all these thoughts and maybe that might not be relevant in sometime your your situation of your life changes every now and then but still these thoughts they just want to disappear until it actually exhausts you and it turns into an actual depression But I don't know what to do about these like like the people here obviously you go through some mental adversities as well so how do you manage your mental health because you know sometimes it's just no matter what I try it's something just gets onto minute just doesn't leave
