Okay, it's just, I don't know what's in the air, but a lot of people I know have been talking about insomnia and how they're not able to get a proper good night's sleep. And honestly, from time to time, I also experienced that. So I wanna ask you guys here, what do you do if you can't sleep? I would love to hear all the suggestions that you guys do in terms of a remedy to get back to sleep. And if you're not able to go back to sleep, how do you entertain yourselves? I, yeah, again, would love to hear it all. So yeah, let me know.

I know they're all the people around me that's been saying if they have insomnia or like not working and they're not going out like they're always sitting around and in a resting state like if you're always in a resting state like if you send down you know you're not moving around you staying in a house and stuff that's your body is in a resting state so it's not gonna be tired you know you need to shit to make it tired but I don't know that's just what I've Noticed
So what I do is I go, I get my dog and I put him in bed and I just hold him until I go to sleep. I was like I'll stay on my phone with my dog and I'll photoshoot for a real straight communication.
Me specifically, if I can't sleep, I'm either writing music, drawing, or I'm playing a shit ton of Sims 4. Because that's a really big hyper fixation of mine is the Sims 4. Now, it doesn't work for everybody, but it definitely works for me!
OK so usually if I am able to I always grab like a cold water cause like it really like issues my body kind of just calls me down like cools my brain down and stuff like that and then like you know and like if I'm having trouble sleeping like I just like do stuff on my phone freaking like do some sort of like game that really makes me tired and shit so like I want to make sense but yeah that's what I do
What works best for me not that one sheet to sheet basically I like to listen to music to fall asleep If not, if that don't work, then I like to listen to men talk. That's kind of weird But like men would be deep deep deep voice talk to me because like not talk to me, but just listen to them I don't want to talk to them, but like it is just so soothing, you know, but not that morning and whimper just talk just just words
Honestly, I just school through TikTok until I fall asleep, or I just look and see what others do and try to figure out what they do. far none of them work but I'm getting there.
