Is coughing on someone an assault? What's your take on this?

Obviously, why the fuck are you coughing on me? But if it's not on purpose then no.

I guess it really just depends on the situation. Like if you say, for instance, if you knowingly have COVID and you purposely cough on someone, you could potentially kill or harm them some kind of way.

Excuse me. That would be assault to what I just did. And yeah, I would consider coughing in as assault. Because you know, COVID kind of came around and killed a lot of people. So yeah.

I feel like if it's a mad impromptu cough and they had zero choice then you know you can't help it. But I mean if you have the time to turn away and you cough and in my face honey.

I mean, it's like, if we chillin', you call for an accident, it's cool. But like, don't call for me again. But it's like, you know you got COVID, and I know you got COVID, and you call for me. What's you call for me for? Don't be doin' that.

See me personally, if somebody was in my face and wouldn't get out of it, I would literally cough right in their fucking face. But see, that's me, but shit.
