Whenever I get stressed out, I have a headache come on and it's not the best and often would that everyone here is healthy, happy and safe. But how do you treat a headache or, you know, in some people's cases a migraine when it happens? Like what do you do? Because for me, mine usually happen besides stress is when I don't drink enough water. So the first thing I do is drink as much water as possible. And then the second thing I do is try to like lie down, especially on the side that I feel the uncomfortableness from. And then I just try to take it easy. I did buy a migraine cap. You can get them on Amazon and you could put it in the freezer so that it's like, oh, nice and cool for you to put over your head. It did help, but I can't be wearing that all the time because I also work from home. I have those like blue light blocking glasses. Yeah, but you know, sometimes I just feel like, Okay, maybe there's more solutions out there and I might as well ask now. So yeah, let me know what you do. And if you have any tips, please feel free to show that as well.
Oh girl I have mine is all the time I have like Propanol I bet you know that the same thing so I wanna do you like tests and see if you get there if not darkroom Kodak going on the lights out in like you cannot sleep with the pain so I will Cold dark room and try your best to sleep I guess
OK so sometimes like being in a dark room and taking a nap usually helps me but if that doesn't and I'm still wake up and I still have the same like paining headache I would most likely go to my moms room and get like go in like the medicine been and grab a migraine pill or a headache pill because it usually helps me the most to like settle it down and like you know just drink lots of water
