Okay, here's a trick if you want to eat kale in a tasty form salt it, season it, oil it, put it on a pan and put it in the oven it turns into chips it's so good

yes, i've heard that and i feel like every time i make it i burn them so what temperature and how long do you cook it for? because they just end up being so burnt and turn into like powder when i like try to break it

So I would say cook it on like 300 maybe 350 and you just have to watch it And when it gets to a point where it's just like crispy That's when you just take it out because they're really once they get crispy. They're really delicate, but like yeah, it's a fine line

I feel like kale has a very serious taste to it if you know what I mean. It's very different from spinach, I'll tell you that. So it would be my first choice if it would only be a last resort if I don't have any other green leafy vegetable available.

I don't know if this is a joke but I'm kind of concerned that you don't know what kill is it's literally next to spinach and the rest of vegetables in the grocery store

Personally no because it's a little too bitter for me but I still add it into my salads and drinks.

I don't mind kale, but it has to be mixed in with something because the taste itself puts me off.

Yes, I actually like kale. I mean I do like the taste actually and I'm happy that it's got some vitamins and minerals and iron that a woman needs.
