There's no wrong answer to this, but what's your version of self-care? Because I find that not one person does the same as someone else does. Like everyone does their own thing, which is awesome. And for me, I will definitely say a form of self-care is actually putting my phone on, do not disturb, watching a funny movie, getting, you know, food from like Uber Eats or it's just some sort of like delivery service and just really enjoying the moment with my family and friends or even by myself honestly and I also love to do skincare I love to do my nails just you know things that make me happy of course they're not like absolutely necessary but they make me feel good and if you feel good then you look good and if you look good then you feel good but yeah I I want to hear from you guys on what you guys do.
For me I feel like self-care has have a lot to do with making sure that you respect and except your own boundaries and search your boundaries wonder and taking a manager and south care of a lot to do it you know like taking care of you do your morning routine do your night routine you know having time for yourself as far as journaling if you need to or in the morning make sure you meditate and all the stuff light
