There's no wrong answer to this, but what's your version of self-care? Because I find that not one person does the same as someone else does. Like everyone does their own thing, which is awesome. And for me, I will definitely say a form of self-care is actually putting my phone on, do not disturb, watching a funny movie, getting, you know, food from like Uber Eats or it's just some sort of like delivery service and just really enjoying the moment with my family and friends or even by myself honestly and I also love to do skincare I love to do my nails just you know things that make me happy of course they're not like absolutely necessary but they make me feel good and if you feel good then you look good and if you look good then you feel good but yeah I I want to hear from you guys on what you guys do.

This is a great topic for a conversation when it comes to self-care I agree with you by enjoying the moment with friends and family and those who care about you is very important at the same time having like a proper breathing technique like during meditation helps out in recovering your brain for from certain activities
I like to go into nature particularly the world where I know no I'll be and sit there until nature becomes, around me again like it was when I wasn't there and just watch everything and try like feel the different sensory stuff around me it's one of the times I actually feel calm that if it's a safe area to do so letting a fire and reading a book
First to start with cleaning my face off with some wipes or whatever then I do a facemask and take the facemask off do my serums do my massage and type of stuff and then I go on was like Serums for my eyelashes whatever but I need to do and then like I'll do like oils and then like lotion and stuff yeah
I do skincare and then I also do daily affirmations, positive affirmations. So yeah, that's like me, I don't know, that's what I do for self care. I make sure that my mind is stable and positive, you know? But yeah.
Honestly, it's like taking and every like you know washing your sheets and taking like an everything shower You know after that, you know braid your hair and go to bed really a nice warm sheets after you've been really clean You know like it's the best self care ever when you've been suffering Mentally for a while and then like the next day, you know, you pick out a cute ass outfit Do you make up look cute? You know, just like, feel yourself really.
Basically go to the gym eat healthy and be active basically that is self care for me But like if I'm taking a break from that or maybe just sleep had like a cheat day watch a movie I'd like a movie night I have some cinnamon rolls or something but yeah
