Thank you so much Kelly for your reply to my topic of yesterday which I will be continuing this weekend. Absolutely you should never change yourself for anybody else if you're going to make any type of lifestyle changes you should always do it for number one and that is ourselves so thank you so much for responding and I hope you stay locked in.
