For me, I'm a little tree hugger. I ask for permission first, you know, want to make sure it's a consensual hug, but once when I get that branch that like shakes, yeah, I'm joking, I'm joking, but yeah, yeah, yeah. Once when the tree says yes, I'm going in for that hug and it feels so good. walking around barefoot in the grass and the soil.
So there's a few things that I do to stay grounded especially if I'm in my head one is listening to music that doesn't have any talking Ehrlich actual singing to it that helps me and also helps my mind unwind I also have some candles that I light some sage just stuff that I know will bring me positivity
