Hey everybody, it's Dr. Deon checking in on this long Monday. Oh my god, this was the Mondiest of Mondays that I've had in a long time and one thing's for sure is that Mondays will always do what? Monday. Nevertheless, I got through it and I'm determined to finish the rest of this week strong. That's all I can do. I have no other choice. I can't make excuses.
