Because you fear the loss of connectivity if you open up too deeply.

Because you might be afraid of what they'll think of you after you tell them and it usually might be because you're just shy You're not really used to opening up about your feelings toward other people or with other people.

because in my personal opinion I don't like to be vulnerable at the beginning or show my weakness at something

So for me basically it's like I have this wall built up between the other person and me and when time goes by and I feel like I can trust this person.

When it comes to me, I think it's hard to open up with people because I'm afraid of them judging me or changing their perception they have of me. I just like disappointment and I don't like dealing with that.

I think it's really hard to open up to people you love based on the fact of how they think, their mindset. Some are very judgmental and just based off of knowing them, you know how they think, how they move.
