I feel like in America, we're only programmed to eat three animals, which is pigs, chickens, or cows. Everything else comes from a cultural or ethnic background. Anything else is just like, it's cold as foreign. But I just want to know, what animals do you guys eat in different countries? Speaking from an American point.

In Mexico, we eat parts of the cow that Americans would find disgusting, like the tongue and the head.
