About 100 ounces I have a water bottle that has like the measurements on it so the water bottle holds 30 ounces at one time and so I try to get 3 ounces now I am at 30 ML I don't know one of them but I basically drink 3 to 4 water bottles full of water per day I think that's good I need to drink a little more I think but Whatever I think it's OK

I don't know if you're still here on the app, but that's awesome. I do 68 usually. It's like 6 or 64 ounce.

Man, I don't drink nearly enough water in a typical day, unless you count coffee, but as far as straight water, I gotta do better.

I have a bad habit of not drinking plain water until the end of the day and then I end up getting up to take a piss like 3, 4, 5 times a night.

Oh, no, no, yeah, you gotta drink water, you know, balanced throughout the day. I guess it helps because I'm always in a crazy environment of heat.

Yeah, being in a hot environment helps, right, it makes you thirsty. When I used to be a painter, I would always bring like a gallon of water with me to work and be working on that. But yeah, now I probably drink maybe a half gallon a day.
