Both because if you work out a lot and then your diet is really crap, there's no point in your workouts really. then if you eat really healthy and don't work out, I don't know.
I am definitely going to go on a strict diet first before I start working out because I feel like I need to get into it first and try to set a goal to go to the gym is harder I feel like I need to just get the ball rolling in start with eating healthy first
I do both because I noticed like if I only die I don't work out you have a baleen but if I had weight on me before I did that and then she think it kind of like sock the flabby I don't want that so I always believe in toning up as you die so that you're not leaving in like extra skiing in like five minutes like I want to be like if I've already done all this work diet and working out and I step out in the sun like I want you to be able to see I've worked on it like it's not just happening
Definitely both because you've probably heard the phrase abs are made in the kitchen and it's so true because it's what you do outside the gym in terms of muscle recovery and also the nutrients that you're getting that really make the difference. And I mean, I'm not a nutritionist or anything like a personal trainer, but I have had goals of weight loss and all these other things. And so what I've really noticed is having the best of both worlds there. So as long as you're doing it in a safe way, that's all that matters.
