Guys good morning on this afternoon it and happy Monday what do you guys do for your workouts are usually do workout videos maybe like 20 minutes maybe 30 minute workout videos and then basically stretch before like basically when I'm done I stretch and then sometimes I will go out and walk but what do you guys do for your workouts That's about it I hope you guys have a good day and I hope you guys have a good night where are you are and yeah I'll see you next time that's it bye

So I started doing naughty girl fitness and you can find them on TikTok and then get their link from there and it is honestly so much fun like I really look forward to working out now. Before that I was doing yoga and I was like oh this is just so boring and so tedious but now I have such a great time with it. You should check them out if you like doing videos. it was naughty girl fitness.

Yeah honestly my head to check the mail I usually do arm go on YouTube and then search JoJo work out and I usually do her work out with her 15 maybe 20 maybe 30 minutes maybe even an hour that's what I do but I'm not sure to check them out Yeah that's my name

My workouts I like to just lift weights mostly at home. Weight training I think is the best thing to do if you're trying to lose weight gradually. Take some creatine supplements to help you gain muscle and to like transform your change in your look and everything.
