Okay, this is a very random question, but I want to know, do you mindlessly scroll social media? Because I will tell you, I have spent so many hours just seeing what's out there and I lose track of time and then I get stressed out about all the things I was supposed to be doing, but I just got caught in the moment and yeah, I have actually put a lock on my iPhone that actually limits my social media hours and that's helped a lot but you know we're all human it happens but I want to hear your experience. So yeah, tell me.
Girl I'm struggling with that right now like I literally it's 1220 where I'm at I can't my friend or not and like I know I text her last night and I was like hey do you wanna hang out she's like yeah you know let's hang out or whatever I didn't see your message because I'm a terrible fucking Texter she called me she's like you wanna hang out today because I saw your text I was like oh yeah for sure and then she said OK I'm coming out I want I'm like OK cool that gives me enough time but I change it whatever it's fucking 1220 she's about to get on a few more minutes and I'm not even fucking ready yet have a shower or nothing
Yes all the time everything us of media I use does Matt what are use of flip it all the time I never get a track of time what are they supposed be doing the cleaning or go out and in the world I'm always forget what I'm doing so annoying
Yeah I will certainly say that you know social media will take up a lot of time because like I found it very difficult to binge watch a TV show like I'll have to like actually like put my phone on do not disturb till like watch TV shows and shit that I wanna watch because if my phone says bringing like by then I'll like the whole time I can't focus on it so I'll have to like really dig myself like enjoy like they're in cinemas
But like I don't use normal social media because it can become very toxic and can influence you in many ways I go on like Pinterest those are like no drama platforms like it's mainly like things that you like you have like your own words it's really calming to me like I don't go on the tick-tock or like Instagram or things like that I don't know
At times I do when I'm a little bored or I'm trying to fall asleep or some thing like I absolutely wake up at like three in the morning and I'm like oh my God I can't get back to sleep let me just scroll but I try not to because it's really a waste of my time
I mean I have ADHD so it's kind of hard to keep off of my phone but I don't go on social media very often unless I'm messaging people and obviously this is kind of different cause it's a voice note thing so the whole algorithm is its own thing but I tend to just go on mobile games or watch YouTube but I usually just watch that on my TV anyways so yes and no I guess
It's mostly when I'm in public when I'm walking when I'm in public by myself I just look I just try to make myself look like I'm watching something or just texting people while I'm just calling not even paying attention or I'm watching this shit
