I am back and I have a question for you guys Are you one who self reflects? We live so much in an age and I always bring things back to stereo as well where we are able to point fingers all the time and tell people what they have done or their shortcomings but how often are you actually looking at yourself to reflect and improve and become the best version of you? I would like to know It's got me.

Damn it, Donatella, you and these thought provoking ass questions, knowing fucking well we only get 15 seconds. Yes, self-reflection is necessary and it is one of the most difficult things that people can do.

None of us are perfect and we all make mistakes and we all hurt people. You know what I'm saying? Whether that was our intention or not, people are affected by our actions. And if we don't reflect on how we farm them, where's it going?

So yeah, it is difficult sometimes, but I do my best to try and reflect and take accountability for where I can for where I'm wrong. I think where we get too caught up is we expect people to take accountability just because we did.

I do self-reflect and I think I self-reflect a little too much, but also in order for self-reflecting to be useful, you also have to be self-aware. So it's accurate self-reflection.
