Yeah I heard that back in rows in school that the more clarity E it's a it's good for your vision and I also heard that if you eat a lot of carrots a lot of them they can actually help you get a natural tan by I guess you eat a bunch of carrots for a tab that kind of fat weird vision or with your skin
