Are carrots good for your eyes? I think they are good for your eyes. They help you see in the dark. I don't know if that's a myth or not. But, yeah, I've heard that help is seen at dark.

Honestly I have no idea you speak like a rumour when if you eat loads of carrots you can iPhone SE in the dark but I don't think it's true but obviously that's not true but I don't like her it's actually good for you

Yeah they're filled with vitamin a probably pretty good cause they're good for skin health anyway you know it's really good for your eyes if you take organic castor oil I just put some on the cloth and just wipe it on your eyelids can actually help your vision eventually if you did it every day it's not wild look it up

It's actually proven that this is kind of a myth and this was perpetuated during the war because one of the things that we had a lot of was carrots and they tried to get soldiers to eat more carrots by convincing them they could see better at night by eating carrots. There is keratin in carrots which supposedly is good for your eyes but there's lots of other things that are better to eat to get that.

You know, I have heard this somewhere but I have eaten tons of carrots and I'm still super near sight So they have not helped me.
