Yay I'm trying to get back on my fitness journey as well I've lost weight and gain weight so many times my whole life I'm not you're using my using my fitness pal to track food and then my Apple Watch thinks up to that with with like fitness and stuff or workouts and whatever I've got a pretty good workout routines are for me right now it's more nutrition and staying in a calorie deficit because I love chocolate
Seem like we're in the same boat together I love chocolate too but will be having diabetes I have to cut my meal plan down to 1200 cal so have you tried there to catch a meal down to 1200 cal and use a dessert plate instead of a regular plate eat more vegetables drink more water
I think the hottest part for me is the meal planning the weight loss is fine I'm on my way last hernia also my doctor has a plan for me to have a 400 cal meal three times a day and eat out of a dessert plate and still have instead of a regular plate so exercise is not hard for me it's just the way my schedule is and his meal planning is how I been
