Update I found out what was wrong with my daughter and UGGs and the fries so I twisted the dial the wrong way and the dial is like on top of the machine and the machine that the air fryer is under the cabinet it's in a very awkward position where it's hard to visualize so no that but I thought it was just being towards 425 was actually twisting it towards 125 so explains a lot actually but just in case you want to know
