Yeah it does contain sugar as most fruits do but it is the natural source of sugar and what's also really good about watermelon is that it's alkalizing it's very hydrating and it has a high Contant of fire fibre Contant so that's the difference between like getting sugars from fruit and getting it from synthetic sources because you're going to get enzymes vitamins you're gonna get alkalizing properties so yeah watermelon is actually one of my favourite fruits to eat in the summertime
