I think not happy endings can be good if the plot is run well enough because I've washed a couple of animes in a couple of like dark theme TV shows and all that where it was not a happy ending when I didn't realize what I was getting myself into and by the time I finished it and I closed my laptop I just had I just had a deep side just had to like contemplate everything I just watched but it was still a good show so how do you guys feel about bad endings good bad endings Bad endings good and bad endings

I love that you're talking about this because it's true we can have an unhappy ending or even a cliffhanger ending or a ambiguous ending and it still be a great show or great movie and be satisfying for us is the audience even though it makes us sad or I'm sure it's still good because it reflects reality at the same time

So me personally, I actually like when, you know, my favorite characters or characters like die in films because I just feel like it makes their character arc and development is so much more meaningful and better. So yeah, I'm all in for the non-happy endings.
