Are y'all so you know for a fact that I usually have a whole bunch of questions I'm really inquisitive and stuff but let's get the business clear unemployment is ghetto we are now embarking on week three of me in the job hunt I only get a minute and 30 seconds to talk about this so I'm trying to make it brief concise but Citipointe number one I went on a job interview today virtual one because I don't believe in having to leave my house now to go to an interview where are y'all gonna be late and stuff but whatever Interview went good but it was a preliminary apparently at the end of the day they're gonna want me to do another interview if they like me which is crazy and cool when I say unemployment is ghetto is being in the house hoping to see when your next check is gonna come from I hate it I absolutely despise it not a fan of it I'm used to working now when I'm at work do I complain absolutely because I think like there are ways to streamline work so you don't have to work hard you work smart that's my complaint being home with no job and you're hoping for your next check that's ghetto It hurts knowing that I'm honestly unemployed I think that it hasn't gone to me I haven't had the experience where am I know what I'm enjoying this right now I haven't enjoyed unemployment it's been three weeks which means I won't get worse the longer it goes and I hope it doesn't go long I'm probably gonna have another voicemail tomorrow venting again
I work part time I'm looking for another job as a teacher because of my ultimate goal is to be a media professor and instructional designer writing curriculum and I want to work with children just because I feel like working with children makes me a better person all the way around that a calmer peaceful more appealing in the realm of relationships so
To continue on what I was saying and not just gets so long-winded so understanding that my job is really just for the fulfillment of doing something I really think it's gonna make me a better person is a little reassuring so know that that you know rejection is a blessing and that you're not at the place where you can really pick your path and refine it because of your experiences in the past
And you should absolutely pursue what you want to pursue because nowadays I think a lot of us we work jobs that we feel like art is going to pay the bills and wow that's true you also wanna have fun with it and you want to enjoy your work that's why I left the law firm honestly I left it because I was like OK it's great for 95 but it's not great for longevity in my career
Completely align with that Yeah you got to do what you love or lease would you like cause they take 40 hours of your week and probably 80% of your life your adult life and it's been 80% of your adult life miserable just doesn't make any sense
Oh Lord and then you hear them talking on the news talking about oh there's jobs jobs jobs where is the hiring I feel like it's more so like propaganda and making us think there's jobs but there's really no jobs

Also, perhaps if you want, consider going to a medical assistant class, I think it's called Stepful. It's a four-month class where you can basically do medical assisting, and that could be like a back pocket certification, so if things don't go as planned, you got that medical assistant certification to just go right back to work. It's like CNA work, you know, everyone's always wanting CNAs. Everyone may always want medical assistant.
and then there's also sterile processing technician which is a surgical surgical a technologist surgical technologist that's the wrong word but like in the department of surgery that's a position in there where you're cleaning and sterilizing surgical tools and medical equipment um for good pay you know so there's that you have to go to school for it unless you find like places you can get in without doing that um or like accredited schools but yeah I hope this helps
