How often do you take rest days from the gym? me I'll probably take the weekend off as it's my time to relax and let my body your Edu呂C arguments to senses?

I think Rustys should be like roughly 3 to 4 days out of the week sometimes we like to go hard man just like all day every day I eat and if that's the case then you may have to make sure you get at least eight hours of sleep I don't think there's a setting as overtraining but there is a such thing as under resting and you just need to get that sleep man that's the biggest recovery aspect that you can add to your fitness

Message for me is like once every couple weeks I personally don't go to the gym because I don't have one near me and I have kids so I stay at home with them

I personally have to have at least two rest days a week. Now does that mean that I do nothing on those days? Like absolutely nothing? No, I might you know go for a walk, exercise, get outside, but I'm not doing something that's going to be like distracting me from getting a lot of rest and I'll sleep a little bit more. I am a mom so I can't completely check out entirely, but there are days that I'm more intentional to read, go to bed earlier, sleep in a little bit longer, and And I'll see you in the next video.

I mean I'm going gym now but when I was I would rest of the weekend and occasional Friday but yeah usually do that two times a week

My rest days are in between my gym sessions so when I stop eating I go back to the gym.

Just rest days is like the weekends, you know, that's just how it is for me That's how it's that's how it's been for my friends, but you know, obviously I'm getting to the gym where I want to get into like Their schedule too because they know what they're doing. I have no idea or almost no idea what I'm doing So You know gonna take it from there but even then, after I know what I'm doing, Like when I go there by myself, I feel like I still take the weekend.
