So with Return of the Jedi being re-released for its 40th anniversary into the theaters, I wanted to talk about my experience with Return of the Jedi when I was a kid. One of my most fondest memories when I was a kid was going to the movies with my grandma, and she took me to see Return of the Jedi, and I was so excited to see my heroes again, and it was just way cool. I was very young. It was a dollar theater re-release, so it wasn't in In 1983, I would have been three years old, but it wasn't too long after that, but I just remember the smell of popcorn, the way that my shoes stuck to the floor, you know, with the dried up soda and the music swelling, the light stimming, all the excitement and the action. It was just so wonderful. And it's one of the still one of my most cherished memories to date. And I just, I love how cinema, movies, music, TV shows can create core memories for us. And for me with Return of the Jedi, it's a core memory of going to the movies with my grandma and the love and the relationship that we had when I was young, all through being a teenager and a young adult until the day she passed away when I was 21 years old. And it's just great to be able to have those reminders that pop up all the time. So I don't know. Movies are amazing and can transport you back to a memory, but also give you new experiences every time you watch a new one or when you rewatch a favorite. So anyway, those are my thoughts. What core memories do you have that may be related to movies or TV shows? And feel free to share your story.

That's an awesome memory. Thanks for sharing. And there is something about when you're a kid going to the movies and like you said like the kids tray and it seemed like I grew up in the 80s. I was born 1980 so it seemed like adults were more excited to see kids at the movies and like made it a great experience for them. Like making them feel extra special and stuff too. which just adds to it. So that's cool. Thanks for sharing.
