I think with milk is definitely better but like they're still good without milk.

Well I will I love I think it's absolutely better with milk because on whenever you have them dry like sometimes if your mouth is already dry before eating Oreo it'll just become really dry and then have to get a drink and all that but if it's dipped in the milk it'll become damp look like wet soft so on my read it It's good and if your mouth still get dry boom
