So I've been practicing lucid dreaming for a long time for about three years and a very common occurrence is sleep paralysis and I don't know really what you what you get now with the question But I have experienced it one of the things I wanted to share about it is that In sleep paralysis what you think is your room is actually a hallucination of your room Your eyes are actually closed and you can't see anything, but you can actually move your eyes but they're closed, you can't open them.
Angeles teach me how to fucking lucid dream and teach me to have a fucking sleep process like I'll be doing shit to fucking try to trigger it and I don't be working like I'll be sitting here and all these people be like yeah I'll be having sleep palaces like every single fucking night and then I'm just sitting here like bro I've never even had one in my fucking life like I just want one so fucking bad like I just wanna experience it like at least once like
I have, it is so scary. I don't get like the typical, there's like a demon in the corner or shadow figure type thing. Mine is like, I feel pinned to the bed and I kind of like, I'm aware that I'm like half a week but I can't move and I'm screaming and no sounds coming out. So mine is usually that kind of a thing. And I've learned when that happens to kind of like I can just, like, uch my way to the end of the bed, because I can move my toes.
So I'll kind of like slowly slide myself down the bed and then I know that that usually wakes me up. So whenever that happens, I try to like just stay calm now kind of like inch my way off the bed a little bit.
I get the same thing I go to bed I go to sleep and next thing you know it's like something wakes me but I'm not really fully awake I feel somebody on me or behind me or or something and I can't speak I try and I can't I can't open my eyes I can't do anything I'm just literally penned frozen and that's really scary
Are used to have sleep paralysis when I was younger but I don't have them anymore but usually what helps right is stay off sleeping on your back because like for some reason home for a no sleep paralysis just happens when you sleep on your back that's how they arm can you to the bed or whatever so just stay off your back and you should be fine
Yes and I had it at least three times but I was angry at you don't want any but I'll say like you don't want it because you is like you don't you can't talk B can't really do anything like your your mind is up but you're in physically not there then make sense that your brain your eyes are open you're not there
I'm gonna be honest with you so bad listen to this cause are used to dream about Paris people are used to literally like once I was so ill am I like had one of those fever dream to be you can see it and there was a blue to kill the lady with a "on her face you came in my face and suck my brother is on fire but I could see it right for me because of fucking L
No but I can tell you my sisters experience was sleep paralysis and how she thought that I was up I was the cause of her sleep paralysis so basically she fell asleep she eat she her body cannot move in like a basically art she saw things and and then I walked into a room is really dark and I'm black so she thought she thought I was a demon or something So she got scared
Yes bro I swear to God I have a son I have a bro I swear to God and whenever I go to sleep my mind is up once after we have to sleep I'm trying to wake up and I just feel some thing at the bottom of my bed starting to crawl up bro oh and I'll tell you all when I get up but I can't my body will not physically let me get up I'll be getting mad as fuck bro I'm like fuck what I Gotta do
Yes, I have. And it's always when it's like a bad dream. And you know when you like finally are able to wake yourself out of it or like you're still halfway in the dream but you're still halfway awake and you're trying to pull the covers up over you and you can't, you can't move your body. Or like you're, you're awake and you want to get up and you're like get up, get up and you can't get up, you can't move. move it is freaking terrifying because all you want is safety.
